The grounds are kept in good condition except for the courtyard in building three. The central location of Overture provides ease of access to all of Charlotte and surrounding areas.

I made the right choice coming here.The social life is lovely and just right. I use the workout room twice a week.Everything is in good taste. I moved into Overture Cotswold the first week it opened up. It is located in a great area of Charlotte. Maintenance and community staff are top notch. Amenities start off with a breakfast every day except weekends.

Overture Cotswold is a BEAUTIFUL Retirement Home I have been here almost 2 years and it is the best Place for retirees. Beautiful apartments, lots to do, Grounds are very pretty. It is my home and I treat it like my home. Not knowing many people when I moved in, I was surprised how welcoming the community is. Has 3 shopping centers within 1.2 miles, which is about a 2-minute drive. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property.
Many properties are now offering LIVE tours via FaceTime and other streaming apps. We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $250.

This is a beautiful community with really good activities. The staff does a good job of planning activities for everyone. There is a great sense of community and togetherness. Many residents, including myself, moved from other cities to be close with family members so we are looking for new friendships .
